Holy crap!

I feel like I’ve improved a lot within the past week or so! One of the few exciting things in my life haha. My room smells like that stuff you lick on envelopes..yum.
Anyway…new videoooo! And some pics. I just realized I forgot to do the cobra pose in the vid because I CAN TOUCH MY FEET TO MY HEAD NOW IN IT! Haha. Oh and I GOT MY RIGHT SPLIT DOWN TODAY! I can feel that my left hip flexor is really tight from never really being good at right splits. I can still get down further but at least I felt the ground! Success

Feb 19th
Stretching has been going well. Finally! I really like this alternating legs/back routine. I feel like it’s really helping my flexibility. I can now touch the bottoms of my feet to my head in a cobra! I’m doing back stretching today so I’ll take a pic of this. I almost have my right split all the way down, and my left split goes down every time but I still have to push it down a little. I’m waiting for my split to feel like nothing when I stretch it so that I can move on to oversplits!
I’m planning on adding more to the ‘exercises’ part of this blog soon, because I found some really good back stretches.
This weekend is going to suck. I have 3 tests to study for, one that is due on Sunday because it’s for an online class. But it’s gonna be quiet in my house so I can actually concentrate. I dunno what’s wrong with me; I’m having the hardest time focusing and getting my ass in gear to study. I still need to do really well this semester for when I transfer, even though they won’t see my grades until I get accepted and have to send my transcripts :/ Anyway, time to read my math book so I can understand it in class.

Jan 4th
Well nothing too new from stretching last night…it wasn’t really expected since I hadn’t stretched in two days. I’m really tired of not having my left split down all the way sometimes; my back thigh muscles tighten up and I can’t stretch as far as I should be able to. I stretched my splits really slow last night and that seemed to help a lot. Hopefully I can get them flat on the first try soon.
I’m not even sure why I really want to do contortion; all I know is that stretching feels amazing and if my body can do this, why not? Also there are a few people on YouTube that really inspired me, such as contortionbaby (now contortionbaby1) and cheezeehx0x. I remember contortionbaby1 saying that it took her about 7 months to get where she was, and she was able to do chest stands and have her feet to her hands in a bridge, so that is basically my goal. I think I can do it; I’ve already improved so much since I started!
Well it’s time to start the day and I have to run some errands
I really need a calendar!
