A long time ago…

I went to an alumni gymnastics dinner tonight; it was really cool seeing everyone again!  I’m planning on going down to the gym tomorrow and working out :D   Oh yea..see the pic?  If I could do middle splits like 10 years ago I can get them again! *determined* 

The alumni dinner made me want to find and upload a bunch of old gymnastics pics.  I also found our old camcorder with all my meets on them.  It records onto this old ass tape so I’m gonna have to figure out a creative way to get it on my computer :/ 

 Anyway, I think I’m gonna stretch for a bit, or maybe not…I’m really tired and smell like Chevy’s!  That place seems to linger on your clothes.

Get my pointe?

So I took a pic of my pointed feet…I’m not saying that my feet are the perfect pointed feet..I’ve never been critiqued by an ‘expert’ so.  My big toe stays straight ahha it looks weird from that angle..and oh yea don’t you love my Orion’s belt-ish bug bites?  Maybe I shouldn’t have pointed that out.

Anyway..I guess people try to point their foot to the floor..I didn’t try here but I can do it on a good day :)   Probably a warmer day…I have bad circulation to my feet…they’re icicles!  I remember in gymnastics we used to have to walk on the top of our toes…like curl your toes under, stand on them, and walk.  Hahaha…ow.  I’d probably break something now if I tried.  We also used to sit with our ankles over the edge of the gym floor and someone would push our feet down…it worked ahha.  Oh yea and thanks for commenting!!
