Hello everyone…I should be studying for my first calc test but I made time for you :)   I have not been able to stretch much, just because I’ve been busy.  I don’t have anything planned until March now soooo I only have stretching and school on my mind.  I just did legs today.  It’s really hard to follow this leg/back switch off days routine!  I want to stretch my back everyday but that will probably bother it.  I feel like I am missing out on valuable stretching time by skipping out…but then it’s like why am I rushing?  Just because it’s exciting to get to a higher level. 

Anyway..I’m gonna try to stick to it…no promises on the weekends though because I have more time.  I think I’m gonna try a new leg stretch on Friday or perhaps tomorrow..I don’t really have a problem with stretching middles everyday.  I was gonna get two chairs and do middles on the cushy part….ow.  Oh well I’ll get flatter faster.

Ok now I really have to study.  Since I can’t figure out how to write in Russian on here…das vidanya!
