Happy 4 months of contortion training to me!  Haha.  Well I’ve had a lot of ups and downs in these past few weeks but I think if I just take it slow, I’ll be fine :)   Looking forward to improving a lot in this next month!  Here’s what I want to focus on:

-getting left and right splits totally flat

-backbend further in a pigeon stretch or in a split when I get those flat

You know what would be really handy?  Stall bars!  Or even this stretch gym apparatus:

I just want SOMETHING to be able to help me do backbends; even if it was just that slanted pole.  It’s hard to use furniture sometimes and harder to just put your hands on the floor on either side of you and push back.  :(   One day.
